Micro Teaching

I personally do not consciously understand very well about the micro-teaching then I cite these terms..

Microteaching is a training technique whereby the teacher reviews a video tape of the lesson after each session, in order to conduct a "post-mortem". Teachers find out what has worked, which aspects have fallen short, and what needs to be done to enhance their teaching technique.(Wikipedia)

So I hope that after studying the lecture at least I can apply the basic skills of teaching. Improve the ability of the selection of teaching methods, improve the ability to assess ourselves and others, and improve self-confidence.
My advice for this course can also be carried out in the lab. Microteaching that we have.

And the ideas I wanted to provide on the this course is each student that after doing teaching practice in these lectures the other students give suggestions, constructive criticism and structured in detail. Like giving a assessment sheet.
